INTRODUCING OUR NEW SUPER TUSCAN
A Super Tuscan is a red blend from the Tuscan region of Italy that most often includes grapes that are not indigenous to the area - commonly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Our Super Tuscan boasts a medium-full body with an array of both bright and rich fruit, oak spices and a touch of surprise. Don't want to say much...we are sure our clientele will love this one. If you love food and wine, this is the event for you. Chef Amy has done it again with her extensive knowledge and understanding of pairing, creating a brand new menu for this exclusive evening.
Personally, I'm looking forward to the thyme and shallot marinated flank steak with creamy gorgonzola sauce and herb-butter potato stackers paired with our new Super Tuscan...but the whole menu is marvelous.
